The digital platform branded as AgriGuru Online (the “Company”), including its web portal, mobile applications, and all associated digital services (collectively, the “Services”), is provided exclusively on an informational, facilitative, and transactional support basis. The Services do not constitute, and shall not be interpreted as constituting, legal, financial, investment, advisory, or professional services of any kind, nor shall any interaction therewith create or be deemed to create any fiduciary or advisory relationship between the Company and any User.

All materials, including agricultural product data, indicative or proposed pricing, freight estimates, statistical or analytical reports, chart-based outputs, inquiries, and “smart documentation,” are derived from inputs and market variables that are inherently dynamic and susceptible to change without prior notice. Accordingly, such content is provided solely for reference purposes, may be indicative, incomplete, delayed, or revised at the Company’s discretion, and shall not under any circumstances be relied upon as conclusive, definitive, or binding. Users acknowledge that the information and functionalities provided are not designed or intended to serve as an invitation, solicitation, or inducement for the purchase or sale of any commodity, financial instrument, or investment product, nor should they be regarded as forming the basis of, or being relied upon in connection with, any financial or trading decision. By continuing to access or utilize the Services, whether through mobile applications, web interfaces, or affiliated digital channels, Users are deemed to have acknowledged, understood, and irrevocably accepted the foregoing disclaimers, limitations, and risk allocations, and further agree that such allocation of risk forms a fundamental and material basis for their access. This Disclaimer may be revised or updated by the Company at any time through publication on the Platform, and continued use thereafter shall constitute binding acceptance of the same.
