2. Enter Keywords - Type the product name or category (e.g., “Basmati Rice”, “Yellow Maize”, “Sunflower    Oil”).
3. Review Product Listings - Click on a product and then select Add Product and fill the required information to see the full description, current price, and freight rates.
4. Send Inquiry

• Click on Inquiry below the product price on the homepage.
• Fill up the product inquiry form and submit to successfully post an inquiry for the product.

How to check Product Price and Freight Rate on AgriGuru Online?

The Product Price and Freight Rate section helps users manage product listings along with freight rates. Sellers can easily list their product prices, while logistics providers, sellers, or buyers can update freight rates based on the selected shipping route.

🏷️ Product Price - To list a product and set its pricing:

1. Go to the Home Page and tap on “Product Price”.
2. Select the product category, then choose country, product name, ship by, trade term, POL (Port of Loading), and POD (Port of Discharge).
3. Click on Add Product.
4. Your product will now appear in your listings and be visible to potential buyers.

📌 Make sure to enter accurate port details to help calculate the correct freight rate later.

🚢 Freight Rate

To add or update shipping costs:

1. Go to the Home Page and tap on “Freight Rate”.
2. Select ship by, loading port, destination port, and then click “Add Freight Rate” to save the information.

💡 The updated freight rate will be used in calculating the total product cost during trade deals.

• Other - GST Certificate

Step 2: Document Review - The submitted documents are reviewed for completeness and compliance.

Step 3: Verification and Approval - Documents are successfully verified and the KYC process is approved.

Document Rejection - If documents are non-compliant or incomplete, the application is rejected.
