9. Membership & Service Changes

9.1. AgriGuru Online reserves the right, at its sole discretion and subject to applicable law, to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any membership plans, subscription features, functionalities, or terms of service offered through the Platform at any time.

9.2. The Platform may also revise pricing, fees, or other charges associated with its products or services.

9.3. Users shall be provided with notice of such changes through communications deemed appropriate by the Platform, which may include email notifications, in-app messages, or updates published on the Platform.

9.4. Continued access to or use of the Platform following the issuance of such notice shall constitute the user’s acknowledgment and express acceptance of the revised membership plans, features, pricing, or terms of service.

9.5. Users who do not agree to any such modifications are entitled to terminate their membership or subscription prior to the effective date of the changes.

10.5. The Platform disclaims all liability for any non-compliance with local laws, regulations, or export control requirements resulting from a user’s access to or use of the Platform outside the user’s jurisdiction.
